We at FICCI, recently organised a Seminar on Women in the Business of Fashion. This seminar was organised by our allied body – FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO). Among other things, the seminar aimed at experience sharing by the leading women in the Indian fashion industry and how they foresee the fashion industry to pan out in future. Eminent women designers like Ritu Beri, Rina Dhaka, Kavita Bhartiya and make-up stylist Ambika Pillai and choreographer Aparna Bahl participated in the seminar and discussed their views, learning and experiences as the leading lights in the fashion industry.
